For this series of events, we are now focused on exploring a vibrant music festival theme to showcase Galaxy AI in an energetic and lively environment. The theme should be brought to life through outdoor festival elements, colourful decor, and seating arrangements that reflect a modern
festival atmosphere.

Incorporate bright lighting, festoon strings, banners, and effects like lasers and smoke machines in key areas such as the stage and pre-function spaces to enhance the festival vibe. The stage setup can include a DJ booth or live performers, with lasers and creative lighting to create a dynamic, high-energy feel. Smoke machines can be used to add depth and excitement.

For food and drinks, consider offering festival-style options such as food trucks or a food tray setup, providing casual and varied dining experiences to keep guests energised and engaged throughout the event. This will add to the authentic festival atmosphere while ensuring attendees are well catered for during the evening's presentations and activities.

• What uniforms can be provided for staff working the event?
• Agency to provide staffing for all events. Field team will be unavailable.
• What opportunity do we have to customise the experience for guests? Fabric wristbands on arrival, and other extras to tie in our theme.
• What else can be added to surprise and delight, ensuring guests want to come along to the next event to avoid FOMO.
