The Frame - Living Art Gallery - Personal Project

The Frame is more than a TV. It’s a work of art. Sure, you
can watch Netflix or play games on it, but when idle, it
displays the worlds most famous paintings that add an artistic touch to every home.

It’s a well-known curiosity that a good portrait will follow
you around the room. My idea is taking that a bit further.
Covering a wall with Frames, we’ll commission local Kiwi
artists both traditional and digital, who may not normally
get the exposure, to create artworks for our TVs. When
you walk by the artworks, they’ll interact with the viewer
depending on what the artwork depicts thus creating a living art gallery.
